I didn’t finish watching the game last night but I seen on espn that Geoff Collins had an attitude when shaking the Pitts coaches hand after the game and I was wondering if anybody knows what happened? I don’t have a clue what happened but if Mr Collins doesn’t like something Pitt did then do something about it on the field and stop the whining they’ll be other games down the road.
I read somewhere that they thought he was upset with something that happened with the refs and was more worried about going after them than shaking hands.
@psujoe. The dam Jackets can’t even beat a team scared of their own shadow. I guess Pitt is scared to play in a bowl game.
@southern-psu-fan It seems there's gonna be more than a few teams opt out of bowl games. I'm wondering if the B1G will cancel the extra games and play the championship game only.
@psujoe I find it hard to believe B1G would opt out of any bowls when there's money to be made. But stranger things have happened.
Our little league and high schools are playing full schedules here in Ga. I just don’t know what to think about 21 year old young healthy men scared to play football and most of ‘em are given scholarships to play so unless there is a break out they should play it’s like going to work if you’re healthy and there’s no danger with the virus. Dr Fauci said it’s safe to play and go to school but these idiots in charge won’t listen to him. Please let’s not bring politics into this I’m just telling what the dam expert said. For me if Dr Fauci says it’s safe then it’s safe you’d have to be out of your mind not to listen to the expert. BTW the Doctor does have a job as the expert for the USA for 4 more years so that tells me he’s still the best at what he does.
Pretty good crowd at Army Navy game 😀
More than a non COVID Pitt game
Not only has Geoff Collins not gettin it done on the field he’s turning Ga Tech into a bunch of scared wussies. Send this pile of garbage back to temple! Man I’m from Atlanta we ain’t scared of nothing. I’m going to bed!

You already told us you're afraid of the cold!!
Prognosticator
@psujoe. I don’t remember saying we were afraid of the cold I thought I said we don’t like the cold and the boys down south doesn’t like playing in the cold regardless I was joking lol

No not "we", you! LOL. Your little fingers got cold at whatever bowl game you were at.
@southern-psu-fan..Hey southern, sending Mr Collins back to Philly, eh? My advice, I watched him at Temple and thought the did a fine job, dont forget, he's installing a very different system at Ga Tech, installing a modern offense and scrapping the entire triple option....that takes time, and different personnel...Id at least give him another yr, but would agree, yr 3 has to show marked improvement
And he was fortunate at Temple, in that he succeeded Matt Rhule who had really put Temple on sound footing..

People seem to forget that Al Golden and Steve Addazzio had two 9 win seasons, and one 8 win season in the four years previous to Matt Rhule... who often gets the credit for bringing Temple back.
@roaminglion..Youre right as a fan of Temple, my 2nd fave college team being the local team, and Ive had relatives graduate from TU,, Ive hated to see all those coaches move on..Perhaps Al Golden deserved the most credit, he was the first to revive a long time dormant program
