If you remember, back during spring ball, we clipped Carter's 50 or so snaps as a true on-ball DE from 2023 and did a Film Study about how he was totally raw/didn't have a clue what he was doing (understandable). We didn't notice a huge leap from spring to the start of the season, but ever since the OSU game he's been a different dude (credit Barnes) and really the only special Wild Card game-changer Penn State has on either side of the ball as it enters the postseason.
