Big trouble looms. Add on the Chambers fiasco, it’s fair to ask, “What the xuck is going on in State College?”
I won't comment on those current events that took place and I won't comment on the 0-6 record after this Saturday. What I will say is it looks like curtains for Franklin. I think at seasons end he punches the time clock and leaves.

Look out they will attack you if you try to take the conversation into reality.

Yes, I read a few posts. I know exactly what you are referring too.
All I'm going to say is this...
- The person alleging these things did so after transferring, then transferred again from that school to yet another one
- One of the people he alleges did this to him took a polygraph and after denying everything passed the polygraph.
- 68 current players from the team at that time have signed letters stating that none of this happened.
- Every coach said it didn't happen
- Some of the quotes he is alleging are Franklin saying:
- "You should have just got your a$$ beat"
- "Never talk to anyone outside the team"
- "Don't talk to the police because Micah is his starting f*ucking player and makes money" (This one is interesting to me because when IH was on the team, at no point was Micah a starter)
So while definitly shocking, ultimately unless someone steps forward with anything it's all hearsay. There's no proof of anything and no witnesses to anything. Add to that some interesting quotes like IH saying Franklin said "Parsons is a starter" even those Parsons didn't start until 2019, and it does not look like this kid has a case really.
Not saying it didn't happen, because I certainly don't have anything other than what has been reported... but all the lawsuit seems to say is I experienced all of this and take my word for it. I feel bad for the kid if he did experience these things, but the standard of proof is way higher than this. Of course, not in the court of public opinion though.
Roam & Sky - I agree with both your takes on this situation. Unfortunately, aside from what really happened, public perception is what will really effect the program and that is not good.
