That was one of today's news headlines.  "Coronavirus concerns fall " All eyes on election. I'm right on track what I have thought of last month. Some other breaking news story or event will take place and the coronavirus will be start to be old news. My point is that  the conferences that canceled will learn they made a mistake.  This is my opinion. I still feel they can try and cancel if things get worse.  I'm starting to change my point of view on this in some ways.  Basically,  you can have the virus and not even know it while you feel perfectly normal.  But yet flights and travel from sea to shining sea still remain.  Confused

Starting to look like the country's response has been too dramatic. Time to play football!

I ain’t confused I know exactly what is going on after reading up on the new big 10 commissioner. I think the coaches in the big 10 feel the same way from what I’ve seen.

I don't care either way, I respect either decision but the Big Ten needs to pick a lane. They said they might cancel, then a week later released the schedule... then a week after than they cancelled everything... then a week after that they may overturn the cancellation.

To me it's the back and forth that's bothersome, not the decision itself.

@roaminglion

They thought for sure the rest of the Country would follow their lead and postpone the fall. Well, it backfired and now they are hoping those who are still scheduled to play don't make it through the season....so they can say told you so! Well, that will backfire too!

It may not be a pretty a season, there may be cancelled games and I am certain their will be positive tests reported each week, but they will get the season is what I am betting on.  The BIG10 blew it, they got a rookie leading the way and the BIG10 chancellors and presidents bought into it!!  Why in world would Penn State ever vote in favor of cancelling the season after the ordeal they went through with JVP back in the day?  They should have known better!

My hunch is they announce a late fall season by the end of this week.

Go State!
