So everyone is talking about the SEC's next move, which apparently is more about when than if. I think we've all heard it before, some combination of 4 from: Clemson, Florida State, Miami, North Carolina, Virgina Tech. To me, Clemson and Florida State are no brainers but not so sure about the others.
Anyways, it brought up a point about where some other schools would go... and how the Big 12 would counter the move. Louisville and Pittsburgh were two that I hadn't thought about, but would make a ton of sense now in the Big 12. Cincinatti is a logical rival of both schools, and West Virginia obviously for Pittsburgh. The other logical 2 they seem to think would fit well are Memphis and USF. Which again makes sense to add rivals for UCF and another for Louisville.
Not exactly an expansion I'd love to see, as I prefer more regional rivalries and smaller conferences... but here we are.
What about Ga Tech? They use to be in the SEC. Thanks Roam
@southern-psu-fan Screw Ga Tech! Throw Sorryexcuse in there as their northern extension, so I can laugh almost every Saturday in the fall.

I think Miami belongs in the SEC. They already are or could be rivals with close to half the conference.
@psujoe Brent Key will change that. Ga Tech beat 2 ranked teams last year after he took over after Geoff Collins was fired. Ga Tech is on the rise remoh just wait and see. Ga Tech has done very good in the transfer portal they got some dang good football players that will make an immediate impact.
But I’m with ya they have stunk for a few years and they have to prove it on the field.
