Mark Emmert is stepping down (thankfully) and the NCAA has hired Charlie Baker, the current Governor of Massachusetts as it's new President. Baker was considered one of the best Governors in the country, with a poll showing him at a 74% approval rating (highest among all Governors)
Hopefully he can garner that same kind of support at the NCAA, who is sorely in need of effective leadership.
