I think it would be prudent to at least give Joe Brady a call and see if he's interested. Couldn't hurt and it would be one heck of a hire if it happened.
As for Bowen, it would seem like a good fit to give him the reigns of OC for the Cotton Bowl.

A guy like Hartline has never called plays as an OC, Bowen was an OC but you never know.

The OC at Oklahoma State is a NJ native and coached at Princeton before getting his gig at OSU. Might be worth a call as well.
I like what BH has done with the receiving corps at OSU. That and he's made it to the show....It sure would be nice to steal one from the buckeyes.
