I know it’s been a very disappointing season but if the team finds a way to beat Indiana and wins out with playing the younger guys like the QB and we end up 7-5 would playing in a bowl game make it more fun for you knowing the future is on the field during the bowl game. It would definitely be a great scrimmage game to get some momentum going into next year. We can still end the season with a bang and get a win streak started. The reality is that’s what’s on the table for us and there’s no giving up baby go win the next 5 games and get something good going. If we get this done that means our defense is coming together and the QB is getting better. Just win!

If the players earn it, then hell yeah they should go and play; that bowl game could be the last game for some of these players, and to some, that would mean a lot.

Agree. Some of these players will never wear another football jersey while others will make the NFL. I say play all the football you can. I stand by it while others on the forum disagree with bowl games calling them nothing more than scrimmages that don't mean anything and a waste.

If they keep score, the game matters!

If they play well against Indiana and then win out, then accept a bowl bid. If destroyed by Indiana, then decline. Why give an extra 3 weeks of practice time to players who will probably portal out. But it all depends on the new HC.
