Saw a list of the "NCAA Top 50 WRs of the last 50 years" and Engram was listed as #13.

FYI: Randy Moss was #1, Larry Fitzgerald was #2, and DeVonte Smith was #3.

Engram was definitely one of the greatest receivers to wear the Blue & White.  Also one of several that personally benefited from JoePa's discipline.

@rip. Absolutely Mr Bob and these 2 studs we have now might be as good we’ll find out more this season but I’m feeling really good about Washington and Dotson. These 2 kids with the talent they have remind me of Justin King and Derek Williams but better.

Justin King was a good wr his freshman year he should’ve stuck with it IMO him and Derek Williams was unstoppable in 05 that’s one reason we won the big 10 and finished in the top 5. Of course the QB was a stud and the defense was just plain nasty lol

I believe you're right, Southern.  I'm looking forward to this coming season.  I think we'll see a regenerated passing attack with the talented receivers, a solid performance from Cliff, and some creative play calling by our new OC.

For all the crap I've given Clifford for last year, he still was a 61% passer and had 16 TDs to 9 INTs in a very down year where he didn't get any time to even practice a completely new system before the first game.

I think he's going to be much better this year, I just hope he's ready and familiar with the system quick because our early schedule is not easy.

I agree, Roam.  I think the keys are that he learns the ins and outs of the system so the OC can maximize play calling and that he reduces his INT's.  I just have a gut feeling that this is going to be a fantastic year for the offense.  I just hope Pry holds up his end of the effort and we could be playoff bound!
