PSUJoe, thanks for the information. It seems they'll follow the same approach as the USFL. At the Birmingham Stallion games, the deliberations were shown on the screen and the fans in the stadium could hear the discussion. The replay official described what was seen and the justification/reasoning/logic for the decision.
