Interesting breakdown of his stengths and weaknesses. Is he definitely a DE? Any chance he gets moved inside?

I think he sticks at DE. He has YGM/Chase Young athleticism. 
Remember when someone said PSU was losing traction with some PA recruits? They made up for it by getting the #1 DE in the country to add to the #1 RB in the country.

I am really hoping this is the season that Penn State breaks through...I honestly believe once this program breaks through it is going to stay at the top for a long time...
