Jennings is a 4* WR from Michigan and a top 100 player. 247 Crystal Balls have him at 92% Penn State so this would be a great pickup. Stay tuned for updates.

I guess a better comparison would be taking the sting out of losing J Morant. Either way, it's a great get.
Just an FYI: He was the 3rd rated player in Michigan, and the 1st and 4th players from Michigan are headed to Kentucky and Indiana.
Just demonstrating that keeping top players in-state isn't our issue alone. Most schools see players go elsewhere.

He plays WR & DB, and while some sites have him listed as WR I believe he's projected at DB (CB or S) in college. You never know though, but I doubt it keeps PSU from continuing to try and lure Fleming.
One thing I love is if he does play CB, it's great to add someone with a 6'1" frame in the secondary. Tall, good quality DBs aren't easy to come by, especially at cornerback.
