We got a glimpse of how Oklahoma and Ohio State are being evaluated today, and in both the AP and Coaches polls it was Oklahoma #5 and Ohio State #6. Also remember that last week the CFP, AP, and Coaches polls all had the same rankings for the top ten.
Should the CFP follow suit, as many think it will, it would make things problematic for OSU. Both play in a title game, and Oklahoma plays a higher ranked and more respected team. If Oklahoma wins that game, OSU's only chance would be a close game with Texas while the Buckeyes destroy Northwestern. Short of that, the committee would have no reason to move Ohio State past OU.
Of course, it all hinges on the rankings Tuesday.

I believe the rankings Tuesday will have Ohio st ranked higher than Oklahoma. Everybody knows the big 12 stinks, the conferences defenses is garbage. Ohio State has beat more better teams than Oklahoma. Remember also Maryland beat Texas a team Oklahoma lost to. If Ohio State beats NW they deserve in more than Oklahoma. We will see what this scam comes up with.

Not really sure how you come to the conclusion that everyone knows this, when the two other major polls apparently don't?
Also the AP is a joke. Texas is #9 and we’re 14th both teams have 3 losses lol we destroy Maryland and Maryland destroys Texas and did it 2 straight years so it’s not a fluke. All these rankings are a scam and it’s fixed. Anybody with a half of brain would see that a 8 teams playoff is the way to go but if they did that it would take control out of these crooks hands. It’s all a scam!

All I have said is how the CFP will probably rank the teams, not how I woukd rank them. And they have shown that the top ten is usually the same regarding the teams.
As for your Maryland comparison, who cares? Purdue destroyed Ohio State and lost to Northwestern... Does that mean Northwestern is better than Ohio State?
I’m just pointing out what a scam it is I don’t care either matter of fact I hope Ohio st gets left out I just don’t think it’s right when you look at their wins vs Oklahoma’s wins. The ncaa is going down the same road as nascar not caring what the fans think and I got proof. NASCAR stands are half full and I’ve noticed college football stadiums are having a lot of empty seats.
