Hopefully these young men set some money aside, completed their degrees and are prepared for life after football. It would be good from those still with the program to learn from the experiences of others. The link to the article follows:

On the flip side, they got the opportunity that a lot of athletes can only dream about.
Players have obviously been getting a lot of bad advice about coming out early.
Allen Robinson had a decent career, and that Chicago contract paid him well.
Sean Clifford signed a 4 year , $4,164,180 contract with the Green Bay Packers, including $325,372 signing bonus, $325,372 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $1,041,045.
For the NFL draft picks, any bonus that exceeds $1 million will be taxed at a marginal rate of 37 percent.
I really wonder how much tax advice draftees receive vs "bro you gonna being making bank".
IMO with NIL, a lot of college players may be better off staying in school vs jumping, especially if they can get paid to play a 5th year.
Insane how fast Kalen King fell. He was a projected first rounder by Joel Klatt at one point. I’m not convinced Malik Willis is better than Sean Clifford either.
@mastert I think you missed what the thread was about, again. This was football.

About getting a pink slip from NFL, layoffs. Not every player has a guarantee? Is that correct? If so, that must suck. I would probably go back to school, get a masters degree, invest in something. Then again, I would be happy finding a coaching job at HS level or small college somewhere.
@mastert Excellent! Then you can see from you list, that emulating your man crush isn't what the thread is about.
