For us to make the NCAA tournament, we need to beat Nebraska and win at least 1 game (maybe two) in the B1G tourney.
If Sparty can take care of Wisconsin, I really like the draw we would get. With a wins against NU, we would be the #6 seed in the draw with Ohio State and Purdue. We match up better against those teams than Michigan and MSU. Getting to the semifinal would be 50/50 to get a bid, getting to the final would get us in IMO
Man Roam I really hope they can put together a strong finish to the season. They are SO close to getting to the dance. They have the signature wins, but they were sort of tainted with the last couple of losses. I think they held the invitation in their hands and just had to beat Michigan and Nebraska to get in. This Nebraska loss is particularly devastating in my opinion and really hurts their chances. They need a heck of a run in the BIG tourney to get any consideration in my opinion.
Where does this Nebraska loss have us seeded? I would imagine that puts us behind Indiana now as I would think they hold the tiebreaker over PSU.
If they are the number 7 seed they would play Northwestern and if they win that Ohio State. That game scares me as its tough to beat a team 3 times.

Congratulations. If it were my decision, I would send Penn State to the NCAA tourney and keep Ohio State out of any tournament. The Buckeyes have shown themselves to be a lousy team by season’s end and don’t deserve another game. We Buckeye fans get to watch a much worse team next season, after all this year’s experienced talent leaves. Whoopee.
