Yes OSU, Nebraska, UM and now MSU away. But he loses his 2 big men next year. Hopefully he can leverage this year into a good recruiting year for some big men.
A little hop in his step. He got a technical at the end of the half yesterday. 'All I said was warning' he stated after the technical. The MSU player pushed the ball out of play after scoring running the last 5 seconds off the clock. I thought it deserved a clock stoppage but they did nothing.
What's crazy is how close this team is from being ranked in the top 10....maybe even 5. Other than that Ohio State runnaway, they were in the rest of the games. Would love to have 4 of those games back with the way they are playing now! Being a grappler all my life, I follow Penn State wrestling, always watch the NCAA tourney, but only catch a few matches all season. Can't sit and watch wrestling! But dang do I love wathing Bball! Been following the Lions for quite some time and been to at least 5 home games per year over the past several years. This year has just been insane! Hoped,but didn't really did think winning at Sparty would happen. But after the first 5 minutes or so you could tell they were going to make a game of it....and boy did they!
Sitting at 17-5 in what is probably the best conference in country is nuts! They stay foused and they could run the table with their remaining schedule. Purdue and Iowa on the road will be a challenge, but so was Sparty. Regardless, last nights win should punch their ticket now. I think they are playing for a good seat the rest of the season. Should hit 20 wins with no problem and then some. Liked Chambers comment last night " A little Scary being in the position we are in now". He knew he had the talent, but I doubt he thought he would making this type of run in February.
