Penn State 86, VMI 65

The Nittany Lions were lead by Jamari Wheeler who had 18 points. Izaiah Brockington added 15. Seth Lundy and Sam Sessions added 12 points each.

Jim Ferry, Penn State's new head coach, is 1-0 at Penn State. He is 314-265 in 19 years as a head coach prior to Penn State.
