A low scoring game which was tight all the way.  Mike Watkins first game back.  He played limited time but gathered 7 rebounds in his effort.  Myreon Jones lead Penn State with 18 points.  Lamarr Stevens added 14 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists.  Rasir Bolton chipped in 11.

A final desparation shot at the end of the game by VT ended up hitting the side of the backboard.  Myles Dread collected the rebound to end the game.

Impressive effort by Penn State in a game where they were supposed to be overmatched.
