Penn State's amazing season unfortunately ends tonight. 28% shooting for 3 pointers and a hot Texas team (especially 26 points from Dylan Disu) could not be overcome. But a good season, no an excellent season overall. Something to build on.
I agree with you on the good season. Once again, next years team will be a totally different team as most of the top players will be gone. However, with the recruits of last year and this years recruiting class we should have a good team. Coach Shrewsberry also seems to have a magic touch with the portal. I am looking forward to next year. I will certainly miss the seniors.
Good things ahead with the past two recruiting classes, and those portal pickups the past two years were great players for the youngsters to emulate and learn from. Hopefully they laid the groundwork for a successful program moving forward.
