Iowa is a #8 seed, and we are a #10 seed.

We beat them, won more Big Ten games (including tournament), had a better overall record, beat more Quad 1 teams than they did, and are playing way better at the end of the year.

But... since they went 11-9 and we went 10-10 in regular season conference play, they are a higher seed? Literally the only metric they have on us, and it's slim. Every other metric I can think of has us leading.

It's like trying to figure out the opposite sex. And if you don't know why, I'm not going to tell you.

I agree with you a 100%.  However, I do like where Penn State is seated.  #3 Xavier lost to Indiana at home and #2 Texas lost to Illinois at home and Penn State OWNED both of these teams ALL season.  I know that doesn't mean a whole lot, but if Penn State can get by A&M, at least it will give them something to go on.  Penn State is peaking at the right time of the year.  I am really anxious to see Penn State play a team outside of the Big10 this week.

GO STATE!
