Never going to understand how they pick teams for this tournament.  The Pac-12 has 1 ranked team in it, yet is projected to have 4 entrants.  The Big Ten has 4 ranked teams, yet only 4 are projected in.

Take USC:  Projected to make the tournament right now as a 10 seed.  They've beaten 0 ranked teams.  None.  Lost every big OOC game they had against someone ranked or highly regarded.  In the Pomroy rankings they are 46.  Penn State is 30 in those rankings, which some are now starting to consider a better measure than RPI.

Yet in the RPI, USC is 35 while PSU is 79.  Because "computers".  LOL.  Anyway, PSU has a better record and has three victories over a top 20 team.  They beat them at home, on the road, and at a neutral site.  Yeah, same team each time...  but USC has not beaten ANYONE RANKED.

Yet they are in and we aren't???
