Not a VET. I'm a social member. It's a nice place to go and have a few drinks! Besides it's the only place in town to have a drink. All the hole in the wall bars shut down. At one time back in the mid 80s, there was 10 bar rooms! Basically all bar rooms, pizza places and churches of all denomination. Most of the churches closed too or merged.
