Southern, he's only played them twice, not exactly a huge sample. Also, who cares about 2016 or 2018, it has nothing to do with 2019.
We were 5-1 in the last 6 vs. Minnesota but that didn't help us this year. Seems we "dominated" them for a while but guess what? 2019 is a different year.

He's played them twice. So beating them "every time he's played them" isn't all that big a deal. TWICE. Also, this "dominated Wisconsin" notion you have is interesting. The first time Franklin played Wisky we needed a stop on 4th down to win. Hardly domination, more like evenly matched teams and we pulled it out. The other win? Congrats, we beat Wisky in a very down year for them.
You really need to chill out, you're tilting at windmills. Not everything is a vast conspiracy against PSU. They blew out Michigan and Minnesota, two teams we didn't exactly plow through ourselves.

If your are a top 10 program year after year that makes you an upper echelon program. Penn State in my humble opinion is a top echelon program. Remember the sun don't shine on the same dogs ass all of the time. There are realistically 20 to 25 big time football programs out there right now. Penn State has been one of those programs for many years...They are a blue blood...The "mythical" national championship to me is a sham and a beauty contest that caters to the SEC conference. My question to all of these frauds and phonies would be a simple one. Why can every other division have a 16 team playoff to determine it's national champion yet the division with the teams with hundreds of millions of dollar budgets can't? It's the way you settle all of the other divisions so why don't you use this model to determine the national champion for the NCAA's top division? That is what makes this a farce...

The Cotton could easily be Utah vs. Alabama for that matter so I don't let it bother me much. At least not in this case... though I admit sometimes it does, just the circumstances I guess.
I think Utah would’ve been a much better team than Memphis. Utah and penn st would be a competitive game. I know the CFP committee was relieved when Oregon best Utah because this way they don’t have to justify putting Oklahoma in the top 4. They did get the top 4 right IMO.
