Oregon ain’t never won anything except the PAC which was the weakest conference. All this can change with money because Oregon should have plenty of money to buy the best players we’ll have to wait and see. It’s a new game now I don’t know what’s going to happen. You and Homer should be happy with the new way of college football because it will help Oregon be more competitive.

@roaminglion I don’t believe they suck I just don’t believe they belong in the heavyweight category. 56-3 when they played Georgia and that was a huge game for them and they got hammered.
They might get there now that money controls the sport but they need to win a NC before they get into the big dawgs category. Ga Tech has won 4 NC’s and I don’t put them in there either. Oregon is about like ND today very good but will get spanked when it’s in big time games playing the heavyweights when the heavyweights are good. USC is a heavyweight team but they just ain’t that good right now, it happens.
The PAC12 was only good if USC was conference champion.

I see decent players and coaches definitely above average but far from elite. Like I said this can change with money taking over because Oregon will have all the money they need from the Nike folk.

@psujoe Oregon needs to prove there elite by winning a NC. They’ve never won a NC remoh. They’re no better than Penn St probably not as good today. I also said they might get it done since money rules now and I said it in 2 post.
That was also Dan Lanning's first game as head coach.
