PSU Administration, AD & BOT made it official with their latest classless move. We will now be playing on the "West Shore Home" field at Beaver Stadium. The $50 M deal is for 15 years and runs from 2025 thru 2039. I guess JoePa didn't contribute enough or do enough for Dear Old State during his 46 years as head coach! I guess West Shore Home Field just sounds better than Paterno Field. A sad day it is IMO!
That is a low class act. I know money is the only important thing to people these days but WE SHOULD BE BETTER. WE AREN'T. I feel a new chant coming. I was afraid they were going to rename the stadium so I guess it could be worse. Maybe we could get more money by naming each blade of grass individually.
I guess the AC/DC song "Listen To The Money Talk" was right all along.
