I agree with FD - the talent is purely visible ... but !! Mistakes are killing us ... all it takes is 1 guy each down to kill a drive. Much like a golfer, stay patient, follow the guidance from the coaches, do "YOUR" job!! Not the guy next to ya, but your own. Things will fall in place and confidence will be achieved. Talent + Confidence = WINS
