As much as I don't like OSU - I hope they destroy Mich. What say everyone else?

I hope OSU puts 100 on them. Just grind that salt in with the boot on Hairballs wounds while he is down. Bleed him out slowly and make it slow, painful and agonizing!! That is all.

OSU opens as a 30 point favorite; I don't see Michigan playing this game when there is a COVID out. There is nothing to prove other than you can take an embarrassing butt kickin and maybe there is honor in that.

Supposedly Harbaugh is looking for a contract extension. It would not be a good look to duck your most hated rival.

@brownale

there is more about Harbaugh wanting to return to the NFL, could be a negotiating tactic but the tune in wolverine land is not a happy one.

There is goodness in either one of them being beaten but more goodness if Michigan beats Ohio State.  But I have severe dislike for Michigan and a slightly less severe dislike for Ohio State, Wuss-Con-Sin, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Northwestern, and Nebraska.

An OSU lose would not help us out recruit them. A rout of Mich and the demise of Harbaugh with the chaos that would follow MAY help in  recruiting against Mich.

I’m going to go on record and say that I hope Harbaugh stays at Michigan for a very long time. Why? Because we can beat him from time to time. Who knows who they may bring in next but it could be somebody way better and that is not something I want to see. I’m all

for whatever gives Penn State the easiest shot at a playoff appearance and at Michigan that is with Harbaugh there.

I guess what I am trying to say is... Be careful what you wish for.

So True!! What's really sad is that for as long as they've been down no other team has been able to step up and take their place in the B1G hierarchy. When most people in the country think of the conference it's still the big two, OSU and Michigan.

@psujoe. We’ve beat Michigan 3 out of 4 years and I believe Penn State has took Michigan’s place it’s Penn State and Ohio State heck Michigan has fell below Wisconsin.

I want to see a game worthy of the tradition and history and there are no serious injuries.

Thanks for the info Cave.  Now the fun starts.  It'll be interesting to watch the machinations the B1G officials go through to get TOSU into a conference "championship" game.

IF OSU is not in the conf champ and IF Indiana were to have a Covid problem, would the winner of PSU/MSU be the East representative?

Man I hope Michigan State can play that will knock us out of a possible bowl game if we don’t play. We need to win our next 2 games to make a bowl. 5-5 is the new goal and we’ll carry a 5 game winning streak into next year.

5-5 would be an epic conclusion to this season.

More like an epic failure. Based on preseason expectations this team is one of the biggest busts in college football history and winning 5 games against pathetic teams changes nothing.

Prognosticator

@southern-psu-fan..This BIg 10 Commissioner is really bad, he's been fumbling, no pun intended, all season..First of all, its not like this UM Covid situation wasnt/couldn't be anticipated.  UM had to cancel last week

THis guy should have had another big 10 opponent , should the cancellation occur, for OSU last week   Whether he had to reshuffle, maybe cancel other games, whatever it took, all he had to do was announce another opponent for OSU...Instead, on account of his incompetence, the talk shows and message boards have been busy all day..and not in  a complimentary way..A lot of fans who hate OSU, are somewhat sympathetic to their plight..

@psujoe. The 5 losses is water under the bridge we’re 2-0 with a goal to get to 5-0 with a new winning streak.
