From what I hear crossing the border is not that easy to accomplish. I also hear that having covid rellay knocks the cr@p out of you. I can't see a bunch of people with covid deciding that know would be a good time to try crossing the border. I do believe that Mexico is actually doing a better job fighting covid than Murica is.
According to a certain crowd Covid-19 was a hoax...Then we were told it would be gone in a few weeks...and on and on the nonsense goes...We would have had this virus under control if every eligible person would have gotten the vaccine as soon as it was available to them...Of course it is no coincidence that the regions of the country with the lowest vaccine rates are the ones with the overflowing ICU's...I can attest to the fact that it isn't easy to get into this country from Mexico as my lady is a Mexican citizen and the fact of the matter is it is cruel as to what she has to go through to come to this country to visit me but yet I can come and go through Mexico as I please as often as I wish...The level of ignorance on display in this country absolutely astounds me...The outright bigotry and ignorance certainly isn't in short supply in this country...My advice to everybody is to make sure your own house is in order before you worry about somebody elses house...In other words lets get this country vaccinated first before we worry about what's going on in some other country...And yes the Mexicans are much more intelligent than we are as a country as what supply of vaccine they have is used almost immediately...That is why their ICU units aren't overflowing like they are all over the south in this country...

I deal with facts...I don't buy into all the media hatred...The founding fathers dubbed the free press the watchdogs of our democracy...I can only speak about what my experience is dealing with immigration...Mind you during covid-19 I did a lot of work for the Mexican consulate here in NYC...The idea that it is easy to get to America and to make a life for yourself here if you come from Mexico or Central America is pure nonsense...Also look at the covid-19 statistics...By all accounts the ICU's are over capacity in much of the South and you certainly don't have that in Mexico...Of course they use masks and take precautions down there to prevent the spread...They also utilize all of the vaccine that they receive almost instantaneously...I am still puzzled as to how a certain segment of our society has managed to politicize a pandemic to the point of vilification of health care leaders and professionals...My personal point of view is that if you are too ignorant to protect yourself from this virus God help ya and you are on your own...The proof is out there and the facts support vaccination and mask wearing...

It must be just a coincidence that 4 of the 5 top states for COVID surge aren't on the border. Florida?Missouri? Must be a liberal plot to airlift illegals to those states so no one will catch onto it.

I'm not going to deny that covid-19 exist, I have my vaccine and I have been extremely cautious but since you claim to be such an expert on this subject and get all your alleged facts from your alleged news sites explain to me why the CDC is reporting that flu cases have been unusually low for the last couple years.In fall of 2019 your same alleged credible news sources we're reporting that it was going to be a very bad year for the flu and we should all get vaccinated but for some odd reason the flu never materialized.

I am far from an expert...I am not a doctor nor am I am epidemiologist...I am a funeral director in the NYC metro area and have a pretty good knowledge of death rates in NYC and New York State...I also do have a license to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Georgia and Florida...I have very close friends in Pennsylvania and Florida that keep me abreast on the covid situations in their areas...I believe the reason why the traditional flu's were light in 2020 were for a few reasons...The first one is people were quarantined so you didn't have a lot of folks intermingling to transmit it...The second one is everybody who went anywhere wore masks...The third was frequent hand sanitation due to hand washing and use of hand sanitizers which is also a major contributor to the spread of the flu...I believe those are very credible reasons as to why the traditional flu never materialized like it has in years past...I do get a flu shot every year since I got the H1N1 flu years back...I don't get my "facts" from the New York Times nor from any other newspaper...I get my information from the State Health Departments where I hold licenses and also from the NYC health dept...I will give you one small "FACT" to think about...In 2019 there were approximately 53,000 permits issued in NYC for deaths that occurred...On June 30th 2020 I filed 3 death certificates with the NYC health dept...The last of which was number 64,000...In other words there was 64,000 deaths in NYC in the first 6 months of 2020 and there was about 53,000 deaths for the whole year of 2019...So if Covid didn't kill all those people what did? You think they sent the 3,000 National Guard troops here for nothin? You think they shut down 30th street in Manhattan from York Ave. to the FDR for no reason? You think they commandeered the Brooklyn Marine Terminal on 29th Street in Brooklyn for nothing? You think all of these people died from Heart Attacks? You think this is all made up? I honestly don't understand your point? My friend in DeLand, Florida has a funeral home...Right now they have about 30 bodies stacked up when normally they do about 20 death calls a month...They had 30 deaths in 2 days...I don't know Homer...You tell me...I just don't know what your point is?
