Everything I’ve been hearing about Penn State is hype because of what they did last year. Until we show that obvious issues on this years team have been fixed there’s no way I can predict a blowout.
IMO this game will be close and in doubt till the end. Lets hope we won’t need our kicking game to win.

You sound like the guys I sometimes see at early morning breakfast. Said they'll find Penn States weakest areas or find a way to run the ball down their throats like the 9OT game.

We need the defense to pick it up this game and take it to Illinois. Get after the QB and get some turnovers. The offense has been good but there’s them few games a young QB can struggle and it usually happens on the road. 31-17 Penn St.
@southern-psu-fan the D hasn’t given up many points but has been far from impressive.
I know this is a very early start which concerns me a lot. We can't afford to come out sleep walking as has happened in the past!
If this team is what we think it is this ballgame shouldn't be close...Illinois has a swiss cheese defense...they should hang a 50 on this team...This is the game that is going to tell me if we are contenders or pretenders...I think we are contenders...I have it 55 - 17 for the good guys...
