The B1G network and Fox are the competition so it is in their financial interests to push for and create a narrative that boosts the SEC as they profit from that... The hypocrisy of it all was 10 to 15 years ago they used the narrative of how tough the SEC conference was and their out of conference schedule was so tough to push them in with 2 losses... The whole thing is a farce...
Michigan #5 has us #12, Ohio st #13 and Michigan State #14. Has 7 SEC teams in the top 15. Absolutely no respect for the big 10 and IMO it’s because we can’t get our champion in the playoffs. They have Oregon in front of us and Ohio st lol

Unbelievable. I'm seeing 8 teams from the Big 10 that are ranked in top 25, 8 teams. Say it again, 8 teams and somehow it's on behalf of ESPN and their business needs to make money.

I'm not surprised at Oregon, they are the frontrunner to win the Pac-12 this year. Schedule plays a factor here, and if they beat Auburn in the first game they will be high in the rankings playing conference opponents.
As for us, I'm surprised they have us ahead of OSU... but you need to remember this isn't a vote, it's ESPN's FPI rating index. Basically just a computer model.

You got us on that one CT lol. ND has the backing with lots of money but IMO they don’t have enough stud athletes to compete with the big dawgs. To me ND is another NW or Stanford maybe a tad better. Y’all will get some good wins but when it’s nitty gritty time we’ve seen what happens in big bowl games.....beat downs.

Im not going to mention his name but remember that kid on you HS wrestling team that beat up patsies and would avoid anyone seeded higher than him?? Hed make it to the semis in your tournaments and then he'd "injure his knee" and would have to take a medical. Or, in a league match hed move up or down a weight to avoid a possible loss?? Remember what happened to him? He'd make it thru sectionals as a top seed and then have his ass handed to him at districts EVERY YEAR. He reminds me of Notre Dame football. All talk no action.

When ND is good, they pummel NW and STANFORD,as they did last yr to both, leading the respective series by 38-9, and 20-13 Surely you jest my man..
Now, where you have a point, is that ND needs more studs, more speed at receiver..This years 5 year class roster should contain more speed, but they do have trouble getting 5 stars, but roster this upcoming yr is loaded with 4 stars..
Theyre not the only school having trouble with 5 stars; 2020 class I believe ND has one, PSU, zero..Clemson, Bama do dominate there, no question..I don't get caught up in recruiting though, its too fluid, but I agree, ND needs more speed..

Dude, here you go again with the ancient history. You gotta go all the back to the late 1800's to post your win loss record against these two teams? How about going back the last 10 years and get back to us.....ahhhh screw that, I'll do it for you. Since 2009 against Stanford your Fighting Iwish are 3-7 and I'm even giving you credit for the year all their wins were vacated. Remember 2012?? That was the year it was discovered that your scholarly athletes had other people attending classes for them and taking their tests. I'd say you lost that battle too. The last three times you played NW you guys are 1-2 and last year's win was hardly a pummel.....31-21. WAIT......you said "When ND is good the pummel NW and Stanford". Since they only won by 10 pts are you finally admitting what we've been trying to tell you for weeks now?? That Notre Dumb is irrelevant?? That they were indeed over-rated last year??
