I’m assuming the government getting involved is a good thing because the money is gettin stupid and players jumping ship and playing for 6 or 7 years ain’t good either.
@southern-psu-fan Brother, you have way more faith in our government than I do!
@been-there-ii Roam said there’s things that congress can do to get college football back on track. I don’t understand how any of this crap works. Personally I want all athletes getting paid some money enough to make a car payment and have a little cash in their pockets but the shit going on now ain’t happening and jumping ship every year ain’t happening either so whatever congress can get done to fix what we’re watching I’m all for it. The first step is gettin involved and hopefully that’s what’s happening 😂
Anti-trust exemptions would allow the NCAA to create and enforce rules.@been-there-ii Roam said there’s things that congress can do to get college football back on track. I do believe they’d money has gotten out of hand but I’m more concerned about players jumping ship every year.
If the outrageous money isn't there, I don't think you'll see as much jumping ship!
@rip If I could, I'd give you a hundred thumbs up on that!
Enforcement is willy nilly at best. Kinda like Doniccy being in charge of infraction, punishment.
Yer absolutely right, BT. I was being kind when I said it isn't that great. I like willy nilly at best better, LOL!
Because it can't, every kid and school knows they can just sue without exemptionsI don't know, Roam. The NCAA enforcement record isn't that great.
@roaminglion Sad, but true. We have become a very litigious society.
Ole Miss quarterback Trinidad Chambliss is eligible for a sixth season of college football after a Mississippi judge denied an NCAA appeal.
