Curious Roam, other than name recognition - what is keeping Alabama ranked so high as a 2 loss team and with the team that beat em, below them in the ranking, and LSU no longer in this group of 12??
I know you're gonna say strength of schedule, but I call it BS .....
My problem is Tennessee ranked ahead of us after SCAR beat ‘em down.
@bdc of course I can’t speak for Roam but my guess is that LSU now has 3 losses with the last one to a terrible TAM team.
WHY! isn't Rutgers on this list????? Oh, never mind.

I'd say it's less about strength of schedule, and more about how they lost. Both on the road, and both as time expired. So no blowout loss, literally in games where they lost on the last play.
Let’s be honest guys, if you had to bet your hard earned money with Alabama losing on the last play of the game to 2 top 10 teams would you take TCU or USC playing the Tide? Ain’t no dang way I would

LSU isn't a top 10 team. The team USC lost to is ranked ahead of LSU, and USC lost on a last second 2 point conversion also. So......
Maybe not, but if they were playing PSU, I'd give a hard look at that bet, sorry, just saying until we start beating top 10 teams, and consistently shut down 3rd and 20; its a decent bet, IMO.Let’s be honest guys, if you had to bet your hard earned money with Alabama losing on the last play of the game to 2 top 10 teams would you take TCU or USC playing the Tide? @roaminglion so you think USC and TCU is better than Alabama? I don’t but that’s just me. LSU was ranked 5th until they got beat. SEC is down this year but Alabama does have 2 tough losses. I hope the top 4 teams all lose.

I think Alabama had their chance and didn't get it done twice. That's what I think.
@roaminglion that ain’t what I asked 😂
Well, Alabama barely beat Teaxs on a last second FG against the backup QB. TCU led 17-3 late in the game until a last secon TD by UT.
So no, it's not as clear cut as you think.
