Franklin is on record as saying if a player is not going to be drafted in the first two rounds, then it is probably in their best interest to stay. Of course, he also said that maybe sometimes it's not quite that simple. So take it how you like it I guess, LOL:

I agree! I always thought that Paterno would give a player a fair evaluation whether he was ready for the NFL.
