Saw news today that former Iowa coaching legend Hayden Fry passed away at 90 yrs of age.  He was a great coach and always a gentleman.  He was a contemporary and friend of JoePa.  May he rest in peace 😪

I agree Bob. He was a great coach. He had a good life and lived to be 90 so he was quite fortunate. I can tell you from personal experience. We ain't here forever. Try to live every second to the fullest. Enjoy yourselves and love your families. I can assure all of you that nobody lays on their death bed saying I wish I would have had one more day of work...I am sure I will be checking in here before Christmas but I want to wish all of you guys a great holiday season with your families. I enjoy all of you (even you Pipe). This is a great forum and I am proud to be part of it. Thanks again Cave for providing us with this tremendous forum.

I'm so sorry to hear the news.  I lost my wife 4 years ago, and not a day goes by that I don't think of her many times.  Praying the Lord's comfort for you and your family.
