I was listening to a dude on the radio and he said if you don’t get with the program of AI you’ll be left in the dust the next 18 to 36 months. I kinda know what AI is but I don’t know much so does anybody here know what this dude is talking about because I can’t see how it really would affect me. What exactly is this stuff AI. I’m not even good on computers but most of the time I don’t work on a computer anyway so will this AI be the same thing for me? Or is this dude full of it and it’s scare tactics? 😂
AI (artificial Intelligence) is not as widespread as it is reported. Most of what they call AI is just a program responding to input the way it was programmed to respond. What AI really is is something that responds to input, learns from the input and changes how it responds the next time based on what it learns. The input can be someone talking to it or data being passed to. Most of these automated calls you get are not AI, they just respond the way they were programmed to do. The same goes for all of the support numbers you call. They are not learning or thinking they are just following a script.
They don't think therefore they are not AI.
